Processing Time: Most orders for ready-stock items are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours from our Jalandhar warehouse. For customized finishing (e.g., specific matte coating or laser etching), please allow an additional 2–3 business days.
Packaging: Every instrument is individually pouched with silicone tip protectors and shipped in shock-absorbent, export-grade cartons to prevent any damage to the delicate alignment or sharpness during transit.
Shipping Partners: We partner with reputed domestic couriers (Bluedart, DTDC, Shree Maruti) to provide real-time tracking for every shipment.
Shipping Charges: Costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For bulk hospital orders, we offer specialized freight arrangements.
Due to the critical nature of surgical instruments and hygiene protocols, our return policy is governed by strict medical safety standards.
Eligibility for Return:
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors (e.g., wrong item delivered).
The request for return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
Instruments that have been sterilized or used in a clinical environment cannot be returned under any circumstances due to biohazard risks.
Custom-made or specially etched instruments are not eligible for return unless a functional defect is found.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@hscoinstruments.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
The instrument must be returned in its original, un-opened HSCO packaging with all protective guards intact.

Warranty: We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If an instrument fails due to a defect under normal surgical use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Professional Repair Service: For instruments that have reached the end of their maintenance cycle, we offer a paid Expert Refurbishment Service (sharpening, alignment, and re-passivation) at our Jalandhar facility.
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please:
Mention the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Take photos of the external packaging and the damaged instrument.
Notify us within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
