Manufacturing Facilities
Every imported instrument undergoes a rigorous multi-stage finishing process in our facility to ensure it meets the specific ergonomic and clinical needs of Indian surgeons.
Surface Treatment: We offer a range of finishes, from Glare-Free Matte (Satin) to high-mirror polish, using advanced electro-polishing and sand-blasting units.
Tungsten Carbide (TC) Integration: Our technicians are experts in fitting and finishing TC-inserts for needle holders and scissors, providing maximum durability and grip.
Ergonomic Fine-Tuning: We manually adjust jaw alignment, tension, and box joints to ensure a "smooth-action" feel that reduces hand fatigue during long surgeries.

Product Packaging
At Hind Surgical Company, we understand that the journey from our warehouse to your operating theater requires the highest level of protection. Our packaging protocols are designed to ensure that every HSCO instrument arrives in "factory-perfect" condition, preserving its delicate tips and precision alignment.
1. Specialized Tip ProtectionSurgical instruments are precision-engineered. To prevent damage during transit:
Silicone Guarding: All sharp-pointed instruments (such as scissors, osteotomes, and elevators) are fitted with medical-grade silicone or plastic guards to protect the cutting edges.
Jaw Cushioning: Forceps and needle holders are packaged in a semi-open position using specialized spacers to prevent tension fatigue on the box joints and ratchets.
Each instrument undergoes a multi-layer packaging process:
Primary Layer: Individual moisture-resistant pouches to prevent surface oxidation and scratches.
Secondary Layer (Bulk): For hospital sets, instruments are organized in heavy-duty, inner-padded boxes to prevent movement during handling.
Protective Seal: Every package carries the HSCO Genuine Seal, ensuring the product has passed our 10-point quality check and finishing process in Jalandhar.
In compliance with ISO 13485 standards, our packaging includes clear, professional labeling for easy inventory management:
Product Identification: Clear marking of name, size, and material (e.g., Stainless Steel or Tungsten Carbide).
Batch Tracking: Coded labels that allow us to trace the instrument back to its quality inspection date and source.
Instructions for Use (IFU): Basic guidelines for sterilization and maintenance are included to help your staff maximize the lifespan of the tool.
